With an incisive understanding of the entire workflow process involved in shooting to an edit or composite, Thomas has all the old-school camera skills; from crossing the line to matching characters’ eye-lines and positional continuity.
He combines these with progressive camera skills using Steadicam/ cuts to change the line and innovative shots that are easy for an SFX team to work with. With five years experience as an Avid Editor for clients including 2 years at the BBC, Thomas is always alert to any potential trap being set for an editor / compositor to cut his way out of.
